Who don’t want to increase the growth of their business? I think everyone in this world wants to do it, but don’t you know that the biggest fear of the growth coming from the inside. Recession might be a great impact for certain industry, but in my opinion if you got short and long plan on your business, I believe that you’ll survive. Those plan are some kind of precaution and investment keeping your business stay alive.

Recession not coming in long term, usually it took about 1-2 years, but what could make your business bankrupt bit by bit is corruption. Corruption are coming from the inside, and its way more difficult then handling from the outside. The reason because it might already rooted from above to beyond.

In order to solve the problem, you could do two things, do it from above or do it from beyond. Big and rooted corruption should be handled in both ways, but if you got small increasing business, do it by instruction from above position is enough. Instruction such as punishment for the one who caught doing corruption will do a great impact on frighten the others.

Not just in business industry, corruption is the biggest fear on all other industry, this is including the law. As we could see government also not clean from corruption, either its small or big, and for some reason this corruption culture were left just the way it was because of the head of the department are not decisive or it might possible they also doing the same thing.

Some report in newspaper says that corruption has been spreading all over the world, its quite hard finding clean country with zero corruption. And other report says that when it got rooted inside government as the law (such as police corruption) is quite hard to solve the problem. Required many years cleaning it.
